水泵填料拆卸时的问题

工业中的阀门和部分水泵采用填料密封的形式,填料在使用一定时期后,其弹性和润滑作用就会丧失,如不及时更换就会造成液体外漏和空气进入。因此,每次检修密封装置时都需要更换填料。有时由于填料质量不好或安装不良而发生严重泄漏时,也需要更换。

  1、填料密封装置的拆卸
  1)卸下填料压盖螺母,沿轴向移开填料压盖,用取盘根工具或铁丝钩取出填料及填料环,清洗压盖、填料环,卸下液封管并疏通液封道。

  2)填料装置的轴套(无轴套时则为轴、阀杆)磨损较大或出现沟痕时,应更换新零件。若无新备件,则可采用将轴或阀杆的颈上加工后镶套的方法处理。

      2、填料的装配

  4)装完填料以后,必须均匀地拧紧填料压盖两侧的螺栓,不得使压盖偏斜,且不能一次压得太紧,以免使填料完全丧失弹性,以后无法调整,而且还会增加轴套(或轴、阀杆)和填料的磨损和多消耗动力。
